Associative Exporter Management

PROGRAM DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE EXTERNAL COMPETITIVENESS OF SMEs

Past experience confirms that the joint action of companies guided by a specialist increases the chances of successfully positioning themselves abroad.

WHAT IS IT?

The Program is a joint initiative of the Argentine Agency for Investments and International Trade and the ICBC Foundation, which seeks to facilitate and enhance access by SMEs to external markets. Associativity is not limited to facilitating the export process, it constitutes a true practical school to know the secrets of international trade.

ASSOCIATIVE EXPORT MANAGER allows complementary companies to jointly face the costs of participating in international events and open marketing channels abroad, which they could not access independently. Always doing it with a common identity, without losing its individuality.

  • GENERATE SYNERGY WITH OTHER COMPANIES
The Argentine Investment and International Trade Agency together with the ICBC Foundation will be the institutions in charge of grouping the companies with the professional they consider appropriate. The export potential of the firm, its location and the complementary nature of the products will be taken into account.
  • RECEIVE COMMERCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM A SPECIALIZED CONSULTANT
50% of the group manager's fees will be paid during the 26 months of the program. The companies will be responsible for paying the remaining 50%.
  • EXECUTE AN EXTERNAL COMMERCIAL PROMOTION PLAN
The program will make a non-refundable contribution for the execution of the group commercial promotion plan during the two-year duration. They can be used both for tickets, hotels or travel expenses of the commercial manager.
  • DEVELOP A COMMON WEBSITE TO PROMOTE YOUR EXPORTABLE OFFER
All groups within the program must put together a group website in two languages. To do so, they can request a non-refundable contribution to finance all or part of its implementation.
